The week, the close-out and the report
Planning a week, recording what became of it, and telling the owner.
Planning
The dashboard shows this week: what is arriving, who is chasing what, and what each person said they would do. Anybody who writes a weekly plan is asked for it, and a task booked on a week appears on its owner's plan.
Closing out
At the end of the week, the close-out goes round the room: every planned task, every delivery that was due, every chase and check. Each line is marked done, carried to next week, or dropped. A task carried more than once says so, because work that keeps slipping is the biggest threat to a finish date.
The weekly report
Draft the report from the week's close-out, edit it, add photographs, and mark it sent. Print or save it as a PDF, or press Copy a link to share to get an address that anybody can open without an account. That link reaches that one report and nothing else.
